Go to any Etisalat store or the nearest retail outlet and take with you a valid ID in order to exchange your SIM on the spot.
If you are a Prepaid customer, you can check at any time how much credit and balance is left when you access your SelfCare account.
If you are Postpaid customer, you can check current usage and last bill by either checking your SelfCare account. Alternatively, you can dial 555 to reach out customer care.
