    Max & Monthly Extra MBs Terms & Conditions
  • The "Extra MB" have validity from purchasing date till monthly renewal date.
  • Choose one of the "Extra MB" to be automatically renewed every month.
  • Buy different "Extra MBs" at the same time or buy a certain "Extra MB" more than once at the same time.
  • Extra 225LE cannot be bought as an auto-renewal and one-at a time together on the same month (i.e. you can only buy it more than once if it's not an auto-renewal).
  • For prepaid customers, if no sufficient balance is present for Max renewal, you will be temporarily charged on a flat rate of 0.25 LE/MB.
  • New Max 25 subscription fees is 10LE (from Old Max 25).
  • Rate plans 49, 99, 149 and 249 to subscribe to New Max25, migration fees is 5 LE and free of charge for daily and 19 rate plan customers.
  • After reaching 1.5GB browsing and emailing, speed throttles to 128Kbps and after reaching 2GB speed throttles to 64Kbps then after reaching 3GB speed throttles to 32Kbps.
  • You can reset your browsing & email quota after full consumption of basic unlimited quota.
  • Reset can be bought more than once during the month and valid till bundle renewal date.

  • You should be subscribed to MAX monthly rate plan to be able to buy any of the Extra daily bundles

Annual Add-on Service “Double your usage”:

You can double your monthly usage throughout the whole year for only 50 L.E. added to the original fees (200MB/ month instead of 100MB/ month - for 12 months).

*Monthly bundle customers will not be able to enjoy the remaining MB in their monthly bundles upon migrating
 
 
  1. You can buy a yearly data SIM card standalone to be used on any device you have (router, tablet…etc.)
  2. You can buy the “Extra MBs” more than once in the same month one at a time
  3. Once the monthly MBs are consumed, you’re automatically charged 25pts per MB; so your main balance should have credit to continue usage, unless you will buy the “Extra MBs” bundle (To benefit from this service send SMS to 5367).
  4. For postpaid customers, once you reach your credit limit, only buying extra MBs via scratch cards is possible
  5. The annual add-on is a onetime subscription service that can be bought at anytime during the year, and expires once not renewing your yearly bundle on time
  6. Migration out from the yearly tariff leads to losing the monthly MBs
  7. All price plans can enjoy speed up to 7.2 Mbps
