Accumulated points cannot be redeemed for scratch cards, paying deposits or paying bills.
Etisalat sets the criteria on which the points are calculated and accumulated and can change them without prior notification to the customers.
Customers will not be able to redeem their points when their lines are suspended or deactivated.
Free minutes earned from promotions and offers are not included in the points accumulated.
Points are expired after two years from the day of accumulation.
Gifts are subject to availability.
Accumulated points cannot be redeemed in exchange for cash.
Etisalat has the right to introduce supplementary rules, new promotions and benefits to the program without prior notification to the customers.
Customers cannot return their redeemed gifts unless there is a defect in the gift.
Etisalat has the right to change the criteria of selecting MORE members at any point in time.
Etisalat has the right to change the value of the gifts for all or any of the different accumulated points without prior notification to the customers.
Any of the above terms and conditions can be changed by Etisalat without any prior notification to the customers.

How does MORE work?

When you spend with Etisalat between L.E. 200 and L.E. 500 per month, you will receive 1.1 points for each Egyptian pound spent.

For example: If you spend L.E. 300 with Etisalat in a month, you will receive 330 points. In other words, you will get an extra 10% bonus on the points you earned.
When you spend with Etisalat more than L.E. 500 per month, you will receive 1.5points for each Egyptian pound spent.

For example: If you spend L.E. 600 with Etisalat in a month, you will receive 900 points.In other words, you will get an extra 50% bonus on the points you earned.

When you spend with Etisalat over L.E. 1500, you will receive 2 points for each Egyptian pound spent.

For example: If you spend L.E. 1600 with Etisalat in a month, you will receive 3200 points. In other words, you will get an extra 100% bonus on the points you earned.

How to know my balance & redeem my points?

To know your points balance, send an empty SMS to 3000 for free
You are eligible to redeem your points once you accumulate 1000 points or more.
When you accumulate points, you will be able to choose a gift from our stores.
You can simply visit any Etisalat store and bring your national ID card or passport and the contract.
