Voice calls
You can dial and receive a voice call on your mobile handset. 

Call Tone
Listen to and select a tone from various tones, callers will hear the song or tone of your choice, rather than the usual ringing.
To activate the call tone service, please call the Call Tone IVR by dialing 1500 or visit Etisalat Mobile Portal and enjoy various selection of music, comedian jokes, Islamic tones and more.

Now with Etisalat Call tone, just call 1500 and enjoy any of the following:
 
You can browse through our Etisalat Call Tone catalogue and purchase any tone to be your default call tone.
 
 
You can also send any call tone to another Etisalat subscriber as a gift.
 
 
You can assign any particular Call Tone to be heard by a specific caller.
 
 
You can choose any call tone to be scheduled and heard at a particular time of day. You can schedule it during or after working hours; you can also schedule it on weekends only or at any other time.
 
 
You can record a tone with your own voice and set it as your default call tone. Please note that approval of the tone takes up to 24 hours.
 
 
If you are calling someone and liked his call tone, press the * key then the # key while listening to the tone & you’ll receive an SMS to confirm purchasing the tone, upon confirmation, you’ll buy the tone.
 
Call Waiting
If you are busy with a call already and somebody else tries to reach you at the same time, you will be notified of the newly incoming call. Call Waiting allows you to manage this second call. You can put the ongoing call on hold and switch to the second call, to then negotiate with the second caller an appropriate time to call back and then to switch back to the first caller to continue with the conversation or you can suspend the ongoing call and resume with the second caller.

Conference Call
Have up to six parties participating in the same call. While already talking to a party, you can use your mobile handset menu to put this party on hold and initiate a call to somebody else. If this second party does answer the call, you can resume the call with both parties, having up to six parties talking to each other (including the caller).
Voice mail
Use your voice mailbox as an answering machine whenever you are unreachable. Callers can record their messages and you can listen to them anytime. You will be notified via SMS whenever a new message is left in your mailbox. To use this service, simply call 444 or our customer service at 333. To personalize and retrieve your voicemail service, dial 444 (19pt). Voicemail has with no monthly charges.

Call forward
If you are not reachable or if you do not want to be reached intentionally, you can use the call forwarding service. You can divert incoming calls to either a local Egyptian number of your choice or to your voicemail.
Call keeper
Never miss a call! Call Keeper will let you know who tried to call you (voice or video call) whenever your mobile is switched off, busy, no answer, out of reach or in all times only for 5 L.E per month

Disclaimer
According to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) E.123 in revealing emergency numbers on mobile phones to allow easy accessibility for those who would call your family or friends to inform them about any accident that has occurred.
To record emergency numbers, always add ‘0’ first then a sequential number (1,2,3…etc) then a description of the contact (doctor, wife, son, hospital…etc)
